My personal mindset to magic journey took years of trial and error where I had lots of ups and downs with self-doubt, lack of confidence, and fear to jump out of my comfort zone.  Being Multi-ethnic made it challenging to have a feeling of belongingness. I Just rarely felt like I was enough. There was even some of that thing called “imposter syndrome” throughout. Sometimes I felt paralyzed by all the mind f$cks my brain was firing off. I just didn’t have the right tools or the psycho-education needed to truly understand how, why and what.

Over the years of not only personal experience, but also 19 years of experience as a psychotherapist, the real (effective) sh!t started clicking one step at a time. I researched, learned, and practiced, the different methodologies I’ve learned along the way, while taking into consideration the added layer of being a mixed women. The tools and techniques that I have accumulated throughout the years have changed the course of my life.

As a psychotherapist and now mentor,  I can not wait to help empower women so they can create the best mindset and become more actionable in life. I want to help other multi-ethnic women elevate their confidence and know their worth, while claiming their well-deserved space in life.

  • Yes, I completely understand that you want to make sure this is the best fit for you before you invest. When you apply, we will have a private consult to ensure it is the right journey for you. Once we have our consult and mutually decide this is the right fit, I will reserve your spot and hold it for 24 hours. Within the 24 hours you can submit your payment via a link I will email you.

  • Weekly, I would carve out 3-5 hours a week. There may be weeks it could be less. If you are enrolled in the group program and you miss a group coaching call, you can always catch it on a replay. I do encourage making at least one a week live to cultivate the immersive experience and growth.
